About the HAPOA
HAPOA is a non-profit corporation registered with the State of Colorado. Members of the Board of Directors (the Board) and Architectural Review Committee (ARC) are elected by the property owners to serve two-year terms.
The Board and ARC are responsible for ensuring that all development and activities in Holiday Acres are in accordance with the Protective Covenants. These Covenants were originally put into effect in 1974 by the subdivision developers. As a property owner of Holiday Acres, please take the time to become familiar with our Covenants. You will find them available for download at this website.
The Board holds meetings every other month beginning in January of each year. Meeting date, time and location is posted on the bulletin board above the mailboxes located at the intersection of Holiday Drive and Stagecoach Lane. These meetings are open to all Holiday Acre property owners.
All new construction or improvements (excluding landscaping) and tree removal over 3” caliper need to be submitted to the ARC for review and approval prior to beginning any work.
Annual dues for Holiday Acres are currently $65.00 per year, per lot owned. Dues are mandatory and late fees will be assessed if your account is not paid in full by December 31 of each year. Dues notices are normally mailed to property owners at the beginning of each calendar year. If you are a non-resident property owner, please make sure that the Board has your correct mailing address.
Please join us at the annual property owners meeting held on the second Saturday in September. Any questions you may have for the Board may be sent to our email address, info@holidayacres.org or mailed to us at:
